This policy explains how DevHatchery handles data across our entire website and every software product we ship — LeadHunter PRO, BPO Helper Suite, and everything we release going forward.
DevHatchery enforces strict data minimization across everything we build. We collect only what's needed to deliver a license, authenticate a device, or support a customer — never more. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise monetize user data under any circumstances, for any product.
This Privacy Policy governs our website (devhatchery.com), every browser extension we distribute, and every standalone tool or automation bot we sell — currently LeadHunter PRO and BPO Helper Suite, and automatically extending to any product we release afterward, including everything on our roadmap. We won't maintain a separate privacy policy per product unless a specific enterprise agreement requires it.
Depending on which product you use, we collect the following categories of data — never more than what each purpose requires:

All billing and card details are collected and processed directly by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment provider, for every product we sell. DevHatchery never receives, touches, or stores your sensitive financial details on our own servers — Paddle handles the entire transaction.
Every DevHatchery browser extension — including BPO Helper Suite and LeadHunter PRO — is built around client-side processing. Text scanning, phonetic matching, lead extraction, and clipboard operations run locally, inside your own browser sandbox. None of that content is logged, recorded, or transmitted to a remote server as part of normal operation.
Each of these providers only receives the minimum data needed to perform its specific function, and none of them are permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
We keep license and account records for as long as your subscription is active, plus a limited period afterward for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Support conversations are retained long enough to handle follow-up questions on the same issue, then routinely cleared.
You can request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your license registration email and associated device records — across any or all DevHatchery products — at any time. To do so, contact us at [email protected] with the email address used at checkout.
DevHatchery's products are built for commercial and professional use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.
As we release new products, we may update this policy to reflect new features or data flows — the update will always show here with a new "Last Updated" date. Because this is a single site-wide policy, a change here applies across every DevHatchery product at once.
