1. Our Privacy Commitment

DevHatchery strictly enforces user data minimization principles. We do not sell, distribute, or monetize user data under any circumstances.

2. Data Collection & Purpose

• Order Delivery Information: Customer name and email address provided during checkout are processed via Paddle to generate and deliver your digital software license key.
• Device Authentication Hashes: Anonymized machine hashes generated locally on your computer to validate hardware binding limits.
• Zero Payment Card Storage: All billing and credit card details are encrypted and securely handled directly by Paddle (Merchant of Record / PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant). DevHatchery never receives, handles, or stores sensitive financial details.

3. Browser Extension Client-Side Processing

Our browser extensions (including BPO Helper Suite) perform real-time text formatting and clipboard functions locally inside your browser sandbox. The software does not log, transmit, or record private browsing history, passwords, or personal keystrokes to any remote server.

4. Data Deletion Requests
