This policy covers every DevHatchery software product — including LeadHunter PRO, BPO Helper Suite, and any product we release going forward. Product-specific trial lengths are confirmed on that product's own pricing page.
This is DevHatchery's single, site-wide Refund & Cancellation Policy. It applies to every software product we currently sell — LeadHunter PRO and BPO Helper Suite — and automatically extends to cover every new product we launch, including everything on our roadmap. We won't publish a separate refund policy per product unless a specific enterprise agreement says otherwise.
Most DevHatchery subscriptions open with a free trial before any card is charged. The trial length is set individually for each product — typically between 1 and 3 days — based on how long it reasonably takes to evaluate that specific tool. You can cancel at any point during your trial, at zero cost, using the customer portal link in your Paddle order receipt.
If you run into a genuine software bug, a system incompatibility, or a technical issue that our engineering team can't resolve, you're covered by a full, no-questions-hassle refund — as long as the request is made within 48 hours of your payment transaction. This guarantee applies uniformly across every DevHatchery product, present and future.
You can cancel any recurring license subscription at any time, for any product, directly through the customer portal link in your Paddle email receipt. There's no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Once cancelled, your license stays fully active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Once a refund is approved and processed, our licensing webhook gateway automatically deactivates the associated license key and releases any hardware devices bound to it — for whichever product the refund applies to. Your access to other, unaffected DevHatchery products is not touched.
