DevHatchery grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our proprietary software applications and browser extensions (including BPO Helper Suite) strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Each software license key issued is cryptographically verified and bound to unique hardware identifiers. Standard single-agent licenses are restricted to 1 active PC/browser instance at any given time. Unauthorized sharing, reverse-engineering, decompilation, or cracking of our digital software builds will result in immediate permanent license key termination without refund.
Our software products are distributed on a subscription basis. Upon successful checkout via our authorized Merchant of Record (Paddle), your software license key is generated and delivered instantly on-screen and to your registered email address. Monthly subscriptions may include a 3-Day Free Trial; if not cancelled prior to the trial expiration, the recurring fee will be billed automatically.
DevHatchery regularly pushes automated over-the-air dictionary, bug fixes, and feature updates. We provide software on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service resulting from third-party browser manifest changes or local operating system restrictions.
All software binaries, algorithms, phonetic translation engines, visual assets, and trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of DevHatchery.
